It’s our first birthday! Thank you so much for your amazing support over the last 12 months - we’ve been on an incredible journey that even the great Christopher Columbus himself would have been proud of...
Last time out we brought you the incredibly talented Will Atkinson along with Jase Thirlwall, who we can all agree both blew the f**king roof clean off The Liquid Rooms! No pressure then to deliver another jaw-dropping trance lineup as we continue our quest to make Edinburgh great again?!
First up we bring you someone who has consistently delivered world-class trance music for the last decade, has been on more labels than the price-tag gun in Primark, has plastered his trademark uplifting sound on every trance music festival on the planet and at the moment is more in-demand than a Saturday night table for two at your favourite seafood restaurant. Magnetic proudly presents... Mr Craig Connelly!
Joining Craig we’ve also brought in someone who is extremely hot property in the trance scene at the moment. He’s been releasing regularly on labels such as Paul van Dyk’s legendary Vandit imprint as well as Bryan Kearney’s all-action Kearnage Recordings. Gracing the Magnetic decks for the first time is Danny Eaton!
Main room support on the night comes from Magnetic resident PHNX as well as Sheffield-based up-and-comer Skyborne who’s definitely an artist to keep a close eye on!
As it’s our birthday we’re going full-tilt for this one and giving you three extra music areas to showcase some of the best talent Scotland has to offer, including the launch of our exciting new #MagneticPsychedelic sub-brand! Check out the full line-up for each area below...
Magnetic: Total Trance
Important information: we’ve decided to announce this event with the best intentions despite the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, in the hope that once July comes the virus will be gone, society will be trying to repair itself and we can all get back to sharing these special nights together. In the case of the event being rescheduled or cancelled, any tickets purchased will be eligible for the rescheduled event or can be fully refunded.
Situated in the Cowgate, in close proximity to the Royal Mile and Grassmarket, this former church has recently been extended and extensively refurbished to provide a large multi-purpose venue going by the name of The Mash House. The venue is primed and ready to become a key addition to Edinburgh’s clubbing scene, with rooms across three floors. Let's just think of it as party central, shall we?
