THE WAREHOUSE //// A modular industrial warehouse space at the centre of the building with it's primary use being - events/shows/warehouse parties/ screenings/talks and any other special event you can think of. As well as this THE WAREHOUSE can be used in conjunction with THE LAB to offer film space for interviews and press shots as well as full access to the photography studio�s to document your event.
THE LAB //// Home to our "Artists in Residence" Milk:Presents - a creative collective with a wide range of outputs including graphic design, film & photography, event curation & management. Milk have transformed the mezzanine space into a multi media arts laboratory playing host to a green screen film studios, photography stations & scren printing facilities. As well as the numerous service on offer from Milk:Presents, The Lab is a versatile and flexible space available for hire on an hourly, half daily or daily basis.
DISTRICT SQUARE //// A self contained pop up -festival site created and licensed by Love Culture. The square offers the potential to utilize the
surrounding warehouses and streets to create a self contained festival site. The site plan is flexible with the added potential for outdoor dance floors and as well as in door stages along with screening/showrooms and galleries. Designed around your event requirements.
THE LOADING BAY //// We have a licensed Street Bar in the loading bay opening onto New Bird Street equipped with dance floor/dj booth/BBQ pit - surrounded by a tree lined terrace for a close knit indoor/outdoor cross over.
