The Tiffanys & The Desert
'With a passive aggressive roster of tunes, a low fi sound, and a F!@k You attitude, The Tiffanys are hitting the music scene hard. With their innovative style of trashwave indie rock, the young band are making serious headway in the southwest music scene.'
'Bristol based The Desert first came to the attention of the world with their hauntingly beautiful debut single Just Get High in June last year. Picking up plays on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music and Radio X, Gina Leonard’s vocals & lyrics, that are both immediate and gripping, and Tom Fyrer’s atmospheric & detailed production won them many plaudits.
Further singles and an EP followed before the band turned their attention to writing and recording new material which will be released this autumn.
Since the release of their Playing Dead EP, the line up has also expanded, with Ryan Rogers (bass) and Jonny Parry (drums, electronics) joining the band.'
